The UBS Center for Economics in Society regularly publishes papers that make research results in the field of economics accessible to a broad target audience. Wylkomm supports the UBS Center with content creation for science communication.
The UBS Center for Economics in Society – UBS Center for short – is an associated institute at the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. It was established in 2012, enabled by a founding donation by UBS, which the bank made on the occasion of its 150th anniversary. The UBS Center serves two main aims. First, it enables world-class research in economics on all levels, to be conducted at the University’s Department of Economics. The UBS Center’s other aim is to serve as a platform for dialogue between academia, business, politics, and the broader public, fostering continuous knowledge transfer.
The UBS Center offers two publication series. The Public Papers series makes research findings on socially relevant topics available to a wider audience in a simplified, compact, and easy-to-read format. The Policy Briefs series provides governments and businesses with sound and clear insights they need to make important decisions.
Wylkomm supports the UBS Center in science communication, including planning, editing and implementing the publication series.
