In our workshops for communication strategies, we first bring all participants together by jointly visualizing the overarching corporate strategy. With the same understanding of the starting position and the task at hand, we then develop the communication strategy. We formulate communication goals and analyze internal and external target groups. We determine suitable communication measures and develop an implementation plan. In the process, we also identify stumbling blocks that stand in the way of implementation and develop measures to remove these obstacles.
